Refund policy

If the reason for you wanting a refund is due to not liking the product, we have following policies:

We offer a one time no questions asked refund on all sample products. This allows you a risk free way to see if our products are right for you. Please note this is limited to one sample set per customer.

I.e if you buy 2x sample sets, only one would be eligible for a refund.

All other items are non-refundable.

If you have ordered the wrong scent refill bar by accident, then you can return it as long as it hasn't been opened and we will replace it.
