I buy the refill bars as great value for money as have the jars! Great product as have had lymph nodes removed and need a natural product to use on my skin, so would recommend it !!
What a fab way to try different mixtures and smells. Some easy to reject, too rosy or not strong enough. Really like the normal to sensitive options and the feedback to persevere if used aluminium deodorant beforehand.
I have tried many eco friendly, natural deodorants and they never worked well, these are great. I still sweat but don’t stink, smells are lovely, I first tried the sample pack and have kept a few for travels and a few are reused for other items so no wasting it lol.
What a wonderful treat it was to open my sample box of fantastic smelling and really effective deodorants! I have been looking for an effective and fragrant natural deodorant option, and my search is over! Thank you 'Simply Effective' for creating such an awesome trial pack!
Unfortunately doesn’t stop me smelling with sweat which is a shame unfortunately no natural deodorant does

Enjoying trying out the various scents in the discovery set. Very impressed with the effectiveness and longevity. Will certainly be repurchasing once I can decide which one to buy!
Not too foamy but soft and creamy. Fresh smell, went for lime, mandarin and basil. Hard water area so might be more foamy in other areas.
Our family has skin sensitivity issues so this was an interesting way to test if the product worked for us and try different smells. We shall be ordering more
This refill bar was soft enough to get in the jar and use. Some scents are harder to both refill and apply.
I liked the selection of scents and the sensitive ones, however one I tried was
lumpy? It left a gritty residue which didn’t improve
Just back from 2 weeks in Spain and 38 degrees heat. The deodorant worked brilliantly and there were no white marks like my last brand. Love that it’s posted through my door, just as I am about to run out too, so no last minute dash to the shops to buy. It’s a great deodorant.
Bought the jar and a refill of pear and freesia and it is brilliant. Love the scent of these 2 together. This brand of deodorant works extremely well and have had no issues with it, even in this hot weather,

I’ve tried many of the natural deodorants on the market and all of them made my underarms sore and itchy and some smelled very strange or too strong.
I took a risk with Simply Effective because of their sample pack and found that the sensitive formula worked really well and didn’t irritate my skin at all. Although it isn’t an antiperspirant I found that I stayed drier than normal and there was no sweaty odour at the end of the day. Even after being physically active in the hot sun.
All of the scents were nice and after using them up I ordered a couple of refill bars in my favourite scents and the cute pots to put them in.
The refill bars are great. I love that I could put most of the bar into the pot and save a square to go in the sample tin to take to the gym with me.
The pots are fantastic quality, heavy glass and a lovely wooden lid.
I’ve seen comments from people not liking that it is applied by hand but personally I love it. It feels quite soothing and the base is moisturising without being greasy.
I did find I needed to leave it a little while to absorb before putting on a dark bra or top but the slight white marks I got when I was rushing a bit washed out easily with no lasting staining.
All in all I am very impressed and have taken out a subscription.
Lovely tiny sample tins perfect to try the fragrances and for travel and your bag. Deodorant is the best I’ve tried and doesn’t leave heavy smells or marks on your clothing. Just ordered the larger pot in forest, coco and sport.
I've so far tried 4 of the different fragrances and they all seem to work well, although somewhat fiddly to use. Some seem a bit "gritty" and not very smooth to apply, is there a better way please?
